We are thrilled to introduce you to this year’s Lincoln University Men’s Basketball team.
They are ready to make this season amazing for all of us. Coach William Middlebrooks has brought together a group of talented, dedicated players who can’t wait to make Lincoln proud—on and off the court!
Coach Middlebrooks believes that players’ success on the court goes hand-in-hand with
success in the classroom. In his words, “If you’re committed to basketball, you’re committed to doing well in everything you do.” He’s excited to help our players grow, both as athletes and as students.
To kick off the season, the team participated in the Donut Fun Run on October 19, 2024, at Alameda Point, California. They joined the community in a 5k run, with plenty of laughs, donuts, and team bonding moments. This first activity together gave them a chance to connect with the Alameda community and teammates before the beginning of the season. They’re looking ready!
Mark your calendars for their first home game on Thursday, January 2, 2025, against
UC Merced in Oakland, California. Let’s make it a packed house and show them what Lincoln pride is all about!
